Payment is expected at the time of your visit if you do not have dental insurance.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash and personal checks. Most insurance is accepted only as partial payment. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. Our front desk will help in any way we can by filing your claim and handling insurance questions for you. If you do have dental insurance, we will ask you for an estimated payment at the time of your visit depending on the treatment you have received and your insurance coverage. We do not "participate" with any dental insurance. You may wish to contact your insurance company before your visit to make sure that you do not have to see a "participating provider".
All senior citizens will receive a 10% senior courtesy. For major treatment plans we do offer payment options according to the length of treatment and the overall cost involved.
